Aims & Scope
Contemporary Mediterranean is a multidisciplinary scientific journal that aims to publish quality scholarly works that will deepen the understanding of the Mediterranean area, specifically its most prominent issues, challenges, and possible solutions.
Contemporary Mediterranean annually publishes original research that encompasses the Mediterranean area and its issues through the fields of:
- political science
- sociology
- contemporary history
- cultural studies
- information and communication sciences
The main goal of the journal is to become a scientific forum for discussion about the Mediterranean area. All published articles in Contemporary Mediterranean undergo peer review by at least two anonymous reviewers, after the initial Chief editor's screening.
Contemporary Mediterranean supports open access and ease of accessibility to scientific work. The journal publishes scientific articles in both Croatian and English languages.
